Who is IN for the next 6 week phase?!!

WHAT: We are going to focus on:
We will continue to:
- build a strong foundation through various methods of strength training including eccentric and isometric exercises which challenge the muscles without using alot of weight.
- integrate power movements into circuits which will train your body to use that extra bit of jump when you need it!
- improve your body’s reactive strength ability: great for running, cyclocross, skiing, skating, snowshoeing…and life!
I will be designing the sessions with real training in mind like we do at the gym. If you have a roller, stability ball, weights and bands we will be using those. If you don’t, there will be a modification for that exercise. You do not need alot of space.
Once again, I will be emailing the workout of the week prior to our sessions on Tuesday morning at 6:30. Afterwards I will email you the recording if you missed it or if you would like to do the workout again in the week as many people did in our last phase!
