TWG's Training Process

Step 1. Buy a training program

My programs are simple and effective, they include links to my video channel so you can easily visualize the exercises.

Step 2. Determine how you move

The movement quality assessment will assess how efficiently and effectively your body moves. Why GUESS what you need to do when you can KNOW what to do.

Step 3. Assess your physical capabilities

The initial program assessment gives you a starting point for your program. It provides you with information on what to prioritize, intensity levels that are specific for you, motivation, and accountability.
