This season will feature 10 weeks of training. This format will see us through fall and into the christmas season with full commitment for 2x 5 week blocks. We will fall right into strength the day after the long weekend in October every Tuesday for 10 weeks.

Assessments
Initial program assessment gives a starting point for your program. A baseline is important when you are beginning a new exercise program or a new training phase.
The advanced assessment allows you to video certain movements and send me videos where I will analyze and assess your power output using an advanced sports science application
Body Composition
Scientifically backed data which is easily accessible – the data will let you know if what you are doing is working. Are you doing the right workouts? Are you eating properly? Is your body responding to what you are spending all that time doing?
