Zoom Train with Grain Phase II


  • Build a strong foundation through various methods of strength training including eccentric and isometric exercises which challenge the muscles without using alot of weight.
  • Integrate power movements into circuits which will train your body to use that extra bit of jump when you need it!
  • Improve your body’s reactive strength ability: great for running, cyclocross, skiing, skating, snowshoeing…and life

I will be designing the sessions with real training in mind like we do at the gym. If you have a roller, stability ball, weights and bands we will be using those. If you don’t, there will be a modification for that exercise. You do not need alot of space.

Once again, I will be emailing the workout of the week prior to our sessions on Tuesday morning at 6:30. Afterwards I will email you the recording if you missed it or if you would like to do the workout again in the week as many people did in our last phase!

You can join even if you missed the first phase.
