Description
I will be designing the sessions with real training in mind like we do at the gym. If you have a roller, stability ball, weights and bands we will be using those. If you don’t, there will be a modification for that exercise. You do not need alot of space.
Once again, I will be emailing the workout of the week prior to our sessions on Tuesday morning at 6:30. Afterwards I will email you the recording if you missed it or if you would like to do the workout again in the week as many people did in our last phase!
