I will record ALL sessions, and each week I will send you the recorded session via private YOU TUBE link AND a printout of the workout that you can have for LIFE to do it again and again!!! This way if you have to miss a session, or if you cannot make it in person at 6:30am you can join anyways and receive the video and workout for you to do on your own time.
It’s been a life saver for me, you have motivated me to get up and get back to taking care of myself … I was really struggling to find motivation before. Very grateful 🙂

Minimal equipment is needed. But here is a small list you may want to consider:
- Bodyweight will do, but 5, 10, 12, lb dumbbells would really do 😉 or more if you can/want/have.
- Ankle bands either fabric or rubber
- A mat for lying on
- A stability ball
