Fall into strength


This season will feature 10 weeks of training. This format will see us through fall and into the christmas season with full commitment for 2x 5 week blocks. We will fall right into strength the day after the long weekend in October every Tuesday for 10 weeks.
Block 1- 5 weeks:
October 12-Nov 9th- Foundation/Pillar/Postural strength and control, core, mobility, power preparation.

Block 2- 5 weeks:
Nov 16-Dec 14th- Strength/endurance capacity/ power/ core/ mobility

We will start Tuesday October 12 via ZOOM.

I will record ALL sessions, and each week I will send you  the recorded session via private YOU TUBE link  AND a printout of the workout that you can have for LIFE to do it again and again!!! This way if you have to miss a session, or if you cannot make it in person at 6:30am you can join anyways and receive the video and workout for you to do on your own time.

It’s been a life saver for me, you have motivated me to get up and get back to taking care of myself … I was really struggling to find motivation before. Very grateful 🙂

Minimal equipment is needed.  But here is a small list  you may want to consider:

  • Bodyweight will do, but 5, 10, 12, lb dumbbells would really do 😉  or more if you can/want/have.
  • Ankle bands either fabric or rubber
  • A mat for lying on
  • A stability ball
