By popular demand TRAIN WITH GRAIN is extending to 8 weeks to BLAST US INTO SPRING. Conquer your goals this coming summer by being ready. Have a strong foundation, strong core, powerful connections. Have a body that is ready to BLAST into the summer.
We will continue to:
- build a strong foundation through various methods of strength training including eccentric and isometric exercises which challenge the muscles without using alot of weight.
- integrate power movements into circuits which will train your body to use that extra bit of jump when you need it!
- improve your body’s reactive strength ability: great for running, cyclocross, skiing, skating, snowshoeing…and life!
- Build a better and stronger YOU
If you have a roller, stability ball, weights and bands we will be using those. If you don’t, there will be a modification for that exercise. You do not need a lot of space or equipment.
