TWG Sports performance stands for Train With Grain, the personality behind the training, Gina Grain.
Gina is a track cycling Olympian and professional racer, with numerous international titles and Canadian championships.
Complimenting her professional cycling career, Gina holds her Masters degree in Exercise Science and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Certified Speed and Agility Coach.
Gina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you achieve your training, health and fitness goals.
